What Will You Do If A Great Tsunami Hit Your Area?

What will you do if a great tsunami hit your area?

If I were forewarned I 'd get to a safe place - and warn other people.

If I am in the midst of it, it would be just to shocking - maybe I 'd try to save others who are unable to help themselves.

There's nothing you can do but pray Kuya Mel. That what saved my three siblings and my father when Donsol was hit by the tidal wave during the typhoon Sisang. They were trapped in the swamp during the whole turmoil which I cnsider a great miracle because God protected them n that critical time. My mother and I were in the hospital that time with my sister who was sick, grabe nerbyos ko nun at nasa tuktok ng bundok ang hospital sa lugar namin, roof and window glasses were flying in the hospital, we were all blessed that we were safe then.

I felt so bad for the people in Japan. I hope that God will spare Philippines from that catastrophe. Worried ako sa family ko kasi malapit sila sa dagat..

Thanks Kuya for always visiting, for the prayer, and for the over flowing comments on my post.

You had a first hand experience of how it feels to be hit by a tsunami. Praise the Lord that you all survive that ordeal. Our government now are very alert about tsunami warnings. People living in coastal areas were evacuated to higher grounds and thank God we did not suffer any harm from the tsunami spawned by the great earthquake in Japan. You're welcome my friend. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

I was going to say the same as Amrita. If I had warning, I would grab my emergency supplies bags and fill the car with other people and get out of there. If I was caught off-guard, and caught in it, if I were able, I would help others, comfort them, pray with/for them. If I got killed, I'd be celebrating with the Lord and loved ones on the other side, and still asking the Lord to help all involved.

Hi Rose,
I understand, don't worry. You have to catch up on so many things because of the illnesses of your family. We should really prioritize everything that we will do and family is at the top of such priorities. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

i don't want to think of that because nothing we can do when it hits our area. Pray, run, save your family lives...

Hi Shy,
Yes, that's right. If we are living in a coastal area and a big earthquake hit our area, we better run to a higher ground since a tsunami may follow. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
