Do You Have A Friend Who Stand By You Through Thick Or Thin?

Do you have a friend who stand by you through thick or thin?

Yes I do.

For there is no friend like a sister
In calm or stormy weather
To cheer one on the tedious way
To fetch one when one goes astray
To lift one when one totters down
To strengthen whilst one stands-

I don't have a friend like this in this world, but I have Heavenly Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I have a relative who would stick by me, my mother, for whom I am so grateful, but not a friend. I wish everyone could have a friend like you describe. You are blessed if you have such a friend even once in your lifetime.

Hi Amrita,
Wow, your sister is your own best friend. That's totally remarkable. I would assume it is Namrita who is your best friend. Probably, she is not only your sister and best friend but your soul mate as well. I was so touched by the poem. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Shiela,
I also do not have a best friend like that. The nearest person who could qualify for that is my wife but she is now in the US working. Yes, both of us consider the Lord as our best friend and provider. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

I would say that it's my mother who stood by me through thick and thin. I can tell Mama everything without any hesitation. I consider her my very best friend!

Hi Rose,
Wow, that's wonderful. If Amrita has her sister for her best friend, you have your mama for your best friend forever. How remarkable and amazing that is. You must truly love your mama so much. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Dhemz,
Distance cannot affect your relationship with your friends especially now with the advent of modern technology. If your friends in the Philippines have computers, you can communicate with them online via webcam. But you are right. You have many online friends now when you started blogging. I hope I'm one of them, lol. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Kim,
Wow, your best friend forever is your own sister- Liz. That's wonderful because it proves that sibling rivalry can be overcome and siblings can be the best of friends too. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Kathy,
That's wonderful that you consider your husband as your best friend forever who stands by you through thick or thin. That will give you added strength and courage while living away from your place of birth. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
