Sexual harassment prevails or triumphs if the victim will not stand up to fight for his or her rights. If the consequence is getting fired for resisting an immoral act, then so be it. People come to work to have dignity in labor and fulfilling responsibility for the family's financial needs. Getting harassed sexually will never be a part of it.

i had this experience before. i was so mad inside but i felt so trapped and couldn't do anything. i prayed so hard. but my reaction and dealing with my boss greatly changed. i became disrespectful and couldn't care less if he fired me then. my thoughts were, "now i'd like to see how you deal with my attitude, you bast#$@ and see if i wouldn't shout to the whole world what you freakin' a#&ho@& did. sorry for the terms. that was exactly what i thought then.

the thing is, i didn't know why i didn't reacted right away... i think that was because of shock and was fear.

Hi Bai Maleiha,
Yes, that is right but not everybody is as bold as you are. There are very timid ladies that can't seem to stand up for their rights that's why there are DOM's and maniacs that can get away with what they want. Females should really stand up for their rights. Thanks for your visit and very intelligent comments. God bless.

Hi sis Pia,
Yes, more often than not it is timidity that hinders a lady from standing up for her rights. And dirty men know this because they have already became experts in trapping timid ladies. The thing is, you should never give your boss the opportunity to be alone with you or you should always be with others when working. But at all times, entrust yourself to the Lord for guidance and protection. Thanks for your visit and honest comments. God bless you always.

I wish I did something the last time I had my On-The-Job Training at Cebu Pacific Air in CDO. I was 18 and the guys working there were not nice to us. I think I didn't know much about sexual harassment and what it really is but there were times when I felt uncomfortable with the jokes and all. Every woman should be able to have a right to exercise this even for men who have women harassing them. It mostly happen to women though. I am proud of those who really speak up and tell people that she has been harassed.

Hi Aisha,
I think all women workers have felt this kind of feeling while working with male bosses except of course for those exceptional ones who can really speak their minds out. I think women should really stand for their rights and be counted as equal to men even without resorting to the ignominy of being sexually harassed. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you and Steven always my friend.

Well I am a guy and haven't experienced any sort of this problem. But sometimes when the ladies get too frenzy, boys might be the sufferers and I should be prepared for taht.

Professional life and personal life should be STRICTLY separated, to protect families and society and security of women.
