Mel, I can't answer this...I expressed my love in so many different ways...loyalty, good meals, taking care of domestic needs, believing in him when no one else did, defending him, loving him for who he was regardless...
I express m y love in so many different ways. But to different people, I know which ones are the best for them---for my husband; he loves it so much when I just keep my mouth shut when he is "just being himself" and when he's stressed. (He calls me "pain in the ass wife" since all wives are pain in the ass--LOLZ!). My mother loves it when I just listen and obey her word. My siblings love it when I give them money. LOLZ! My mom-in-law when I always praise her whatever she does. My friends love it when I compliment them in real honesty and when I express a prayer for them and just be with them whenever they're down.
Yes, we do so many things that are unquantifiable for our loved ones. Suffice it to say that we do all these things for the love of our life. Thanks for your visit and honest comments. God bless you always.

when butch is already half asleep I like to kiss him in the forehead very softly. he seems to like it! he even pretends he is in deep sleep so i'll kiss him again.
I have a weird thing though. I like teasing him sometimes early morning when he is still asleep. I would tickle him and he would whine and complain. hahahaha for some reason I think he likes it and I get the kicks doing it too! hahaha
Hi Wendy, You have a very funny way of showing your love to your beloved. I think it is the way he wants you to treat him. You see, there is a little boy in every man still hungry for a motherly affection and somehow the things you do for him may somehow satisfy that craving in his inner psyche.
