hard as it may be, a secret is a secret. if you blurt it out to others, that could turn into gossip. not good! if you can't keep a secret, i think it's better to consciously not listen to any. if someone tells you "hey, you know what..." better tell the person graciously that you rather not know it.

I have to keep all those juicy secrets to myself. I am trained to do so!

Basically, a secret should remain as it is. I can keep one, no doubt about that. But I must admit there were times when spilling the beans was the proper thing to do.

There are situations that call for honesty, especially if it's a matter of life and death, or merely saving someone from certain doom. One thing to consider before letting out the truth is if it's for the better. If it's not, then zip it, with all your might.

i believe i'm good at keeping secrets, pero syempre pag ndi na tama na ikeep ang isang bagay, i can decide or help the person spill out. :)

Hi sis Pia,
And I thought females could not resist a juicy bit of gossip. Well, good for you my friend since gossip can really hurt a person. Better not to listen to any at all so that you may not be tempted to blurt it out to somebody else. Thanks for your visit and wonderful viewpoint. God bless you always my dear sister and friend.

Hi Solitaire,
Ah yes, you are a trained psychologist. So can I tell you a very juicy secret? Ha,ha,ha, *lol* Just joking my friend. Thanks for your visit and interesting viewpoint. God bless you always.

Hi Kate,
Yes, that's a very intelligent basis for determining when to spill the beans and when to keep a secret to yourself. I guess we should practice plain common sense and a sense of right and wrong in deciding when to keep a secret and when to tell the person concerned. Thanks for your visit and intelligent viewpoint on the issue at hand. God bless you always.

Hi Caca,
Yes, you can really keep a secret but when is the proper time to spill it out? Ako me alam akong secret sa yo? He,he,he *lol* Natawa ako sa comment mo sa poem mo about nakedness. But I knew it was just for fun that you made that comment. Pero tutuo ba? He,he,he, joke lang. Walang pikunan my friend. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always my friend.

I'm no good at keeping secrets:( I don't know, I always believed no matter how much you try to hide it, it will always come out...& no reason for hiding it, u're just cheating yourself... just my two cents:)

Hi Amrita,
Probably it's a case to case basis. As Christians, we must always maintain honesty but never at the expense of someone else's honor and reputation. Thanks for your visit and honest viewpoint. God bless you always.

Hi Shawie,
Yes, all secrets will eventually come out in the open but if your best friend finds out that it was you who blurted it out to others, you might be in hot water. Are you willing to lose the friendship of a dear friend just because you can't keep a secret? Just my own two cents worth of opinion too. I respect your stand on this point my friend. Thanks for your visit and honest comment. God bless you always.

I am pretty good at keeping secrets. If my sisters or a friend tells me something and does not want me to tell anyone else, then I can keep their secret.

I am actually very good at keeping secrets. I took up social work in college and confidentiality was taught to us!
