TO LIVE IN ORDER TO PLEASE GOD AND TO GIVE GLORY TO HIS NAME.
When all of the people around me are judging me that I won't be anybody, that I would end up just like them, with so many kids, with rotten teeth and stuck at our place. Sounds bittersweet ain't it Kuya lol... It's true that I am not anybody but at least I fulfilled the goals I set for my life.
Hi Rose, Yes, marami ang ganuon, mga prophets of doom. Out of their crab mentality, they don't want anybody to get out of their hellhole and succeed in life. Well, you prove them all wrong. Hi MelCole, Being a wife and a mother, you are already fulfilling them very creditably. But there are many friends who are sincere and who will only want your highest good in life. The most interesting part of my life was in my early 20's to my late 20's---where I was rebelling, yet trying to seek meaning and peace within myself....trying to see if I would amount to someone "valuable" to the world. While also at the same time, enjoying the glamorous nocturnal life I led before-----parties, drinking, clubbing, shopping, and just being so shallow. And now as I recall those days, I might have missed the "partying part"but I no longer desiring it. And I also think back that what I had been before was a "journey" to what I have gained right now. Though I want to be young again, I don't want to have the mind and attitude of that "young person" I was before.
And also pala, it was the most interesting part because that's probably the turning point where I realized that I don't want to lead that kind of life forever.

just like mamiLiz...everyday is interesting to me...witnessing my daughter grow is one of them...most interesting siguro sa buhay ko is when I married a foreigner.
i think everything. Kahit may point sa life natin na masyadong mahirap, masakit, masaya, magulo at kung anik anik pa thats part of what we were and we will be and what makes our life interesting. Hindi naman lahat ng oras masaya. kailangan din natin maging malungkot para malaman kung ano ang ikakasya ng buhay natin. thanks for the post.

For me, being a mother and a wife, sir Mel. Everyday, it's a challege to me. Also, finding a true friend. I have a hard time finding one these days.

The time when I wa s working was the most interesting. I used to travel a lot, wa s physically fit and had lots of friends.
