i usually run to myself hehhe. seriously, i just want to be alone, and i pray, curse, rant, then pray only a little less angered.

i realize that i'm not comfortable revealing my hurt feelings, which is unhealthy i know. i used to have a best friend but she is not available anymore. so there. heheh

hmm... when i feel that way, the first thing i'd do is dial my husband's number. well, as you know, God thought me a big lesson here. He thought me to run to Him first.

Hi Caca,
Wow, you are indeed a loner. But is it not healthy to vent your loneliness and depression and share them with somebody? As they say, no man is an island. Well, I respect your principles in life. In extreme loneliness, you would rather be alone and sulk by yourself than be with someone else. Thanks for your visit and your personal viewpoint. God bless you always my friend.

Hi Pia,
I think the best company we could ever have when we are so depressed and lonely is God. But we have to have that great faith to really believe that He is there in front of us and we can actually tell Him all our frustrations in life. But as I say, one has to have great faith to do that. I wish you could still talk to your husband whenever you are down. I'll pray for that. Thanks for your visit and valuable viewpoint. God bless you always my dear sister and friend.

Hi Bb_Anne,
Yes, your boyfriend will be a suitable person to vent out your frustrations in life. After all, you chose him and he will surely understand you. But the best person you can share your problem with is still the Lord. Thanks for your visit and valuable viewpoint. God bless you always my friend.

I always seek God's comfort and refuge. He is my Refuge and my Comfort --my Deliver. Also, my husband....he knows what to do to make me cheer up, he knows what to say so I would lighten up and he knows when I feel blue.

Hi Bingkee,
Yes, seeking solace from the Lord will give you instant peace of mind and joy in your heart. Your husband will surely know how to get you out of the blues. He probably knows you by heart by now. Thanks for your visit and valuable comments my friend. God bless you and your loved ones always.

hmmmm when depression hits, who do I run to? I guess it depends on why I'm depressed. When its not about my marriage or Butch (hahaha) of course its him that I seek out =)

But if its a major problem, I make it a point not to ruminate anymore. I really pray and seek God's counsel!

Hi Wendy,
You really made me laugh. I would not imagine that you'll get depressed because of your husband. Well, no marriage is perfect and sometimes even the slightest negligence on the part of our loved one is greatly magnified when we are under stress. Of course, the best thing is to seek the strength of the Lord whenever we feel down. Thanks for your visit and valuable viewpoint. God bless you always my friend.
