Your pics make my mouth water here. Hmmm! I don't usually crave for chicken no matter how delicious the way it is cooked. The reason I can't be a vegetarian is because of beef especially steak or simply grilled. How do I want it done? Medium rare. I don't want it rare as I'm scared of salmonella. I don't want it well done either as the beef's savory taste will be lost plus the increased carcinogen. I tasted Laos steak and some blood was still fresh on it. The taste was so heavenly but I didn't feel good after eating it thinking of the bacteria that I might have ingested. So never again but medium rare.

Hi Kathy,
Yes, well done without any trace of blood in it, with gravy and vegetables on the side. We both want it well done Kathy. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Nice A,
However we want it done, it is still heavenly. I like the tenderest steak of them all with plenty of gravy and vegetables on the side. It's best we patronize only reputable restaurants known for their cleanliness, service and the freshest meats to take away the fear in our minds. That will only lessen our enjoyment of our choice meal. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Shy,
God bless you all always.

Hi Bingkee,
I guess most Filipinos want it well done but not burnt. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi sis Pia,
You want it medium rare and you also want T-bone. That's very delicious indeed. We can probably choose wagyu, kobe or black angus beef for their tenderness. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Well done. Can't handle even the slight taste of blood. Then I read in the Bible that we are not supposed to eat or drink blood so I thought I had a good excuse to make my Dad cook mine longer than the others...but it was funny that after I told him that scripture, he started making everyone's well done. lol. I haven't tasted a wide variety of steaks so I don't know which type I like best.

Hi Shiela,
Most Filipinos choose well done for their steak although some may settle for medium rare but never rare. I agree with you on the prohibition of eating of blood stated in the Bible although one of the most favorite dish of Filipinos is the dinuguan or stewed pork innards in blood, eeek. I got so much flak when I made a post on that, lol. Thanks for your visit and comments. I hope you are doing fine now. God bless you always.

Hi Rose,
Hindi ka pala mahilig sa steak. Yun ang paborito kong pagkain lalo na nung nagtatrabaho pa ako sa SMC, bayad kasi nang kumpanya eh, lol. John must really be fond of steak, most Americans do. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
