Of course aside from the country I grew up (Philippines), I think Japan has made me a better person. I moved here after I finished college. Ive learned to be stronger and more independent. Coz being far way from the people you love and grew up with is way too different. Ive learned to be selfless. Ive learned to be more humble, iba iba kasi tao dito, some may find me arrogant for being too honest.. And a lot more.. di ko na ma-share dahil mapapahaba masyado..

Happy weekends po =)

Hi Bambie,
Yes, I believe Japan made a great influence in further developing your character. The Japanese are a hard working people who take pride in their national identity. That's one thing we should learn from them- their extreme nationalism. Probably it is not honesty that may have been alienating you to some of them but rather forthrightness or tackles candor. Like other Orientals, Japanese are sensitive about their feelings and would take extra care not to hurt other people's feelings. We just have to really understand their culture to really like them. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

First and foremost of course is the Philippines kasi dyan ako nagkasungay hahaha (joke lang KuyaM) I mean I learned my values and principles in my native land Philippines. Then given a chance to be in some part of the world Like Korea and State, it gave me an opportunity to learn some cultures and values that I never knew in my own country.

Hi Amrita,
Oh yes, as they say, there is no place like home. Home is where the heart is. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Rose,
Yes, the Philippines being the land of your birth must have the most influence in your life. Now that you have lived in the US and Korea, your horizon was further widened and you were able to appreciate the cultures and ways of the people in those countries. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi John,
Yes, Asians are vastly different from the Americans and most westerners. Asians have that sense of honor, loyalty and dignity that are only the dream of most Occidentals. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.
