I confess — I'm a "dance junkie". I watch Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and have even been known to watch America's Best Dance Crew.

I love their energy, and the amazing strength and flexibility of their lean, fit bodies. I love it all, because in my head, I'm dancing along with them. When I was 19 and in college, I took a Theatre Dance class that was part tap and part jazz. I had the best time, even though I was sore for the entire semester. I miss that.

Today I'm 55, overweight, and wear braces on both ankles. One ankle was badly broken in my mid-20s, and the other foot is completely flat. I can walk only a limited distance. And dancing? Forget about it! So instead, I "dance" in my mind while watching the fabulous contestants onstage.

Hi Mikkie,
Yes you can enjoy dancing by watching other people dance. You can always join them in your mind. What is important is that you enjoy the experience even if it is just vicariously. We can be anybody we want in our minds. There is no limit to that. Let us just be sure we don't indulge in escapism. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

I always love to dance. Hip-hop and jazz are what I do best. I'm not into ballroom dancing because I need a good partner to dance with otherwise, my steps would be not in sync with the beat. Ballroom dancing is for 2 and if one does not know how to do it right, then it's not right.
Dancing is one of my exercise regimen and I get excited high when I move with the beat. People mistake my love for clubs because I used to go there frequently just to dance. They think I'm those one of the trashy-nighthawker.

Hi Bingkee,
Yes it takes two to dance unless one is into dance acrobatics. Your husband must be a dancer too since he is into music. Music and dance go hand in hand you know. It's best to avoid any controversy by going alone in the dance floor without your husband. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi sis Pia,
Yes, Filipinas are by nature graceful dancers. That's probably one of the talents given by God to Filipinas. Sure hope you can learn all the dance moves you like. Thanks for the visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi John,
If you really love to dance at ballroom dancing venues, you can easily learn how by learning how to do it with Rose. I'm sure you will both enjoy the exhilarating experience. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Rose,
You can easily learn tango and other ballroom dances if you and John will seek professional help. It will add a new and exciting chapter in your married life. Enjoy each other company while you are young. When the kids grow up, you will seldom have time for each other. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Amrita,
I would have like to see you dancing. Dancing is very natural for all females. Probably God created ladies with natural grace for dancing. How I love to see the ladies in our church honoring and worshiping God with their graceful dances. I'm sure you will love to cook pancit noodles. They are very similar to Chinese noodles. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.
